Terms of Service
2026-08-15
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and MYWOON (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Nature of the Service — Entertainment & Reflection
The Service provides interpretive content based on East Asian destiny-reading traditions (Four Pillars / BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu). All readings are for entertainment and self-reflection only; they are not predictions or guarantees of future facts.
Nothing in the Service constitutes medical, legal, financial, investment, or psychological advice, and nothing replaces such advice. You bear sole responsibility for any decision made with reference to a reading.
Substantial parts of each reading are AI-generated. The Service does not warrant their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for your particular situation.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, the security of your account, and all activity under it.
Users under 18 may use the Service only with a legal guardian's consent.
The Service may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice where it reasonably determines there has been a breach of these Terms, fraudulent use, or conduct materially disruptive to the Service. Credits obtained or used fraudulently may be forfeited.
3. Credits & Payment
Paid readings are opened with credits, an in-service entitlement. Credits are a limited license to access content within the Service; they are not property, deposits, or electronic money, and may not be transferred or resold.
Prices, credit costs, and discount structures are shown in the Service and may be changed at any time (without affecting the quantity of credits already purchased). Payments are processed by Stripe; taxes may be added depending on your region.
Complimentary credits (welcome credits, promotions) have no cash value, are non-refundable, and may be adjusted or expired on terms the Service sets.
Refunds of purchased credits are governed by the Refund Policy.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
You are granted a license to save and share readings and images generated for you, for personal, non-commercial use. All other assets of the Service — design, text, logos, software, data — remain the property of the Service or its licensors.
Feedback you provide may be used by the Service freely, without compensation or restriction.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not: reverse engineer, crawl, or access the Service in bulk by automated means; enter another person's personal data without authority; commercially resell or redistribute Service content; circumvent or abuse the payment or credit system; or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
6. Provision, Changes, Discontinuance
The Service is provided with commercially reasonable efforts, without any promise of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. The Service may change or discontinue any feature at any time, and will endeavor to give reasonable notice of material changes.
If the Service shuts down entirely, unused purchased credits are handled under the Refund Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties (AS IS)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", and all warranties — express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — are disclaimed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including data loss and lost profits).
In no event shall the Service's total liability exceed the amount you actually paid to the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations; these apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold the Service harmless from third-party claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
10. Disputes, Governing Law, Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first attempt informal resolution via help@arcawave.com; unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as a class member.
Nothing in this section limits rights that mandatory law of your place of residence grants you.
11. General
The Service may revise these Terms from time to time; continued use after revision constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced by reasonable means.
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement regarding use of the Service.
