Refund Policy

1. Unused Coins

A coin purchase that is entirely unused may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, to the original payment method (processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider).

For a partially used purchase, the refund equals the amount paid minus the used coins charged at the standard rate (1 coin = $1; ₩1,000 for payments made in won before September 26, 2026). Bonus coins that came with a pack are complimentary and not refundable, and used coins are counted against the purchased coins before the bonus. If that calculation reaches zero or below, no refund is due.

2. Used Coins & Opened Readings, Non-Refundable

A reading is digital content whose delivery begins the moment generation starts and completes upon viewing. By confirming in the spend dialog, you consent to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal for that content. Used coins and generated or viewed readings are therefore not refundable.

Dissatisfaction with the interpretive content of a reading is not grounds for a refund; readings are interpretive content for entertainment and reflection.

3. Free Coins

Complimentary coins (welcome coins, referral coins, the bonus coins in a pack, etc.) have no cash value and are not refundable.

4. Service Errors

Where we verify that coins were deducted but a reading was not delivered due to a service error, the remedy is, as a rule, restoration of the coins. Other remedies are considered only where coin restoration is impracticable.

5. Abuse Prevention

Where repeated or abnormal use of the refund process is identified (cycles of purchase and refund, organized refund attempts after viewing content, etc.), the Service may decline refunds or restrict the account.
